About Nutrition for Noobs

Making Nutrition Science Understandable.

Nutrition for Noobs helps curious beginners cut through confusion, understand nutrition science and make informed food choices without guilt, fear or fad diets.

Our Mission

Nutrition information has never been more available... and more confusing. Every day we're bombarded with headlines about good vs bad fats, fad diets, fasting, protein needs, specific nutrients for gut health or the latest miracle food.

Nutrition for Noobs was created to help listeners make sense of it all. Our goal is to translate nutrition science into practical, evidence-based advice that's easy to understand and realistic to apply.
